Creators choose the category and confirm they hold the rights to publish. If a copyright issue or pattern appears, the discussion is with the person who performed that upload — Rolltok will not be responsible for that issue.
1 · Creator responsibility
Every clip, episode, sound, photo and caption published on Rolltok is uploaded and published by the creator, on the creator's own responsibility.
By uploading, you confirm the content is truly yours to publish, or that you hold every right and permission required to publish it.
You choose the category and you choose to publish — the decision, and the risk that comes with it, is entirely yours.
2 · What Rolltok is
Rolltok exists to create an entertainment environment only. We provide the stage, the feed and the tools — we do not author, commission or verify creator uploads.
Rolltok is not the publisher or owner of member content and does not claim authorship of anything you upload.
3 · Copyright & disputes
If uploaded content shows a copyright issue or pattern, the matter is a discussion between the rights holder and the person who performed and published that upload.
Rolltok will not be responsible or liable for such an issue. We may remove, restrict or Redzone the content while it is under review.
Repeated or serious infringement can lead to removal of content and termination of the account.
4 · Community conduct
No illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or harmful content, and nothing involving minors in an unsafe way.
No impersonation, spam, fake engagement or attempts to manipulate the feed.
Content under review may be placed in the Redzone and hidden from the public feed until the review is complete.
